Q. Where do I get an insurance claim number?

Your insurance company will provide you with a claim number when you file the initial claim with them.

Q. Will the parts be ordered before I drop off my vehicle for repair?

If an estimate is done prior to drop off, we will order parts prior to your vehicle being dropped off for repairs. If we are receiving the vehicle without an estimate, parts will be ordered after the estimate is completed and approved by your insurance company.

Q. If my vehicle's frame is damaged, is it a total loss?

Frame damage is on a case by case basis. We can straighten many frames. We use a laser measuring system to diagnose and pull the frame back into specs.

Q. Can you match the paint color?

We paint match on every vehicle we paint so that you have a top quality refinish.

Q. Can I get other service work done on my vehicle while it is in the body shop?

We will make sure any mechanical work is done that is accident related.

Q. How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?

Repairs are different for every job. Some jobs may only take a day or two. Larger job may take a week or more. We really try to keep repair day to a minimum and get you back into your vehicle as soon as possible.

Q. Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?

Rides home, work or to a rental car facility are provided free of charge within the Laramie area.

Q. How can I get a rental car?

Rental cars are generally set up by your insurance company. Laramie has Enterprise and Hertz available and we are happy to take you to either location, based on where your insurance company authorizes your rental.

Q. Do I have to pay a deductible?

Deductibles are due upon pick up of your vehicle. We collect deductibles after the work is completed and the vehicle is ready to go home!!

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Money orders, Cashiers checks, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Discover

Q. What if your estimate is more than the one from my insurance company?

We will work with your insurance company on any supplemental damage that is found
